If you could open any sort of restaurant, what would it be like?
Screw this restaurant crap, the last thing this city needs is another restaurant. I'd open a supermarket that doesn't suck in Noe Valley. Something with an organic/veggie feel to it. I could easily price everything below the Bell on 24th st and STILL turn a nice profit. Besides, Noe Valley is the place for hippiedippy veggie types so there's a huge demand and absolutely no one turning that into sales. I love capitalism.
What's the most extreme weather you've been in? A memorable storm? Heat wave? Or something else?
